To ensure the quality of plant material is never compromised, we are committed to all aspects of plant health. Plants are currently index for viruses that commonly infect ornamentals including:

  • Alfalfa Mosaic Virus (AMV)
  • Arabis Mosaic Virus (ArMV)
  • Cucumber Mosaic Virus(CMV)
  • Impatiens Necrotic Spot Virus (INSV)
  • Potyvirus group (POTY)
  • Tomato Aspermy Virus (TAV)
  • Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV)
  • Tomato Mosaic Virus (ToMV)
  • Tomato Ringspot Virus (ToRSV)
  • Tobacco Ringspot Virus (TRSV)
  • Tobacco Streak Virus (TSV)
  • Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV)

All Hosta varieties are indexed for Hosta Virus X (HXV).
Dianthus varieties for the following viruses:

  • Carnation Etched Ring Virus (CERV)
  • Carnation Latent Virus (CLV)
  • Carnation Mottle Virus (CaMV)
  • Carnation Necrotic Fleck Virus (CNFV)
  • Carnation Ringspot Virus (CRV)

Within 48 hours of plant delivery, if there is any dissatisfaction, we will replace the plants. We may ask that you send photographs of, and / or return the plants and its packaging. If that item(s) is currently out of stock, you may select a substitute, wait until the next crop is available, or store credit may be issued. Please report upon receipt, any shipping damages, missing items, or if they arrive in poor condition (boxes might not always arrive the same day). If damaged, package(s) may need to be retained for 7 days, as the parcel company may need to inspect the damaged product. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage in shipment. We can not honor claims that are made more than 48 hours after receipt of the damaged product. We are glad to provide any help we can beyond the first 48 hours. 

If plants are damaged during shipment, often it is best to proceed with planting. Please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will advise you about the best way to help them thrive.

Without prior approval, we cannot be responsible for product that is in your care - this includes overwintering, animals, insects, diseases, poor planting, plants beyond their hardiness zone, drought, flooding, etc.  Our expert staff is here to assist you with any problem you may be experiencing.  Our goal is that you are successful with our product.

Please provide (2) weeks notice for change or cancellation requests, otherwise restocking / replanting fees may apply. Nursery cannot be held responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect addresses, including return or redirect carrier's address correction charges and any additional shipping fee to reship the order.

THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE CONSTITUTE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU. BLOOMIN DESIGNS NURSERY SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY PLANT.
