    Common Name: Red Hot Poker

Brilliant yellow flowers are produced above notably blue-green, wide-leafed foliage on a very large, robust clump. This variety is one of the tallest of the collection, so it's perfect for giving height to the garden. Tested for hardiness in Michigan zone 6, heavy snowfall winters, and could be hardier with winter mulch and protection.
